Christie Engineering, P.C. has specialized in the design of new building structures and the evaluation and adaptive reuse of existing structures since 1992.  Our clientele primarily consists of architects, facility owners, private developers and contractors.  The firm has a successful track record in completing projects in the residential, health care, commercial, and educational sectors.

Our firm is known for our innovative design approach, including use of panelized and modular construction, adaptive re-use of existing structures and integration of materials with high recycled content, including structural steel, cold formed steel studs and joists, reinforced concrete additives, and even used shipping containers as modular building units. We are experienced in all conventional forms of the project delivery system such as; design/build, fast-track, and design-bid-build. Value Engineering must be part of the design process and not a service performed in hindsight. We understand the importance of being responsive during the construction process, including timely reviews of shop drawings, contractor questions, and reacting to field conditions.
